Its layout is a reference to the planes of the premises, it separates the kitchen from the dining room and divides it into smaller cozy spaces, encouraging guests to meander between them. The large height of the room was fully utilized to place the towering shelves that are attached to the densely spaced white steel poles, creating the atmosphere of a bamboo forest. The shelves are made of transparent lacquer laminated plywood, fixed to a minimum of three poles each. An exception are the ones that are attached to the wall. The poles are spread between the ceiling and the floor in a manner resembling construction shores temporarily supporting a building. The floor is covered with ceramic tiles.
