A perfect combination of form and function, through which a feeling of lightness and weightlessness meets studied ergonomics: this is the main feature of the innovative Moon chair, designed by Serena Papait for Quadrifoglio Group.

The designer has followed the principles of Scandinavian functional and ergonomic design, creating a loop shape in which all the unloading points are placed on the knees: by lightening the load on the spinal column, it encourages a natural and correct posture of the back, an active position thanks also to the rocking movements permitted by the structure.

Moon is a product without equal on the market, as it fuses symbols, images and lines with the study of postural well-being. With its plastic soul, elegant and harmonious, it can be considered a true design object, iconic for its shape and performance but also for its extremely high customisation possibilities.

Moon consists of a polypropylene monocoque suitably dimensioned with variable thicknesses at different points ensuring robustness and durability. At the support points, neoprene inserts – a very comfortable, soft and non-deformable material – favour weight decompression.

The shell – available in White, Beige, Shadow Grey, Olive Green – and the fabric upholstery of the cushions can be customised: tone-on-tone or contrasting combinations can be made, according to the tastes of its users or the style of the destination environment . It fits effortlessly into both professional contexts, especially in operational offices or relaxation areas, and residential contexts, especially in situations related to the home office.
