The innovative concept of the Mitsui Outlet Park in Taichung, Taipei, has quickly made it a very popular attraction for residents and tourists alike. The mall is divided into two sections: the traditional in-mall, including over 200 shops, a supermarket, a cinema and a food court; the out-mall, the outdoor section, consists instead of a circular route that allows you to visit the shops in the outdoor area, which mainly concern sports goods.

The lighting design is a fundamental component for the definition of the architecture, as it favours the pleasant immersion of visitors in the shopping experience. For the general lighting in both sections, the light designers used Performance iN Lighting products: a choice that is synonymous with quality and reliability.

For the walking and common areas of the in-mall, hundreds of recessed luminaires from the DLSB LED series have been installed. Thanks to the variety of versions available, it is always possible to choose the best solution according to the installation height and the lighting values required by the environment.

The FOCUS+ ZERO, GUELL 2, and MIMIK 20 wall luminaires illuminate the open spaces of the out-mall. These are enriched by numerous green surfaces and small fountains that the lighting design enhances with PADO 600 garden poles.

The perimeter areas of the complex are safely illuminated by SPILLO luminaires, which are installed on poles and also brighten up the parking areas.
