Transparent Organ is an interactive luminaire, combining the emerging techniques of the digital fabrication, kinetic structural system, and ambient display to form an art deco. Users can immediately evoke the light sources by touching the work to interact with the light and indirectly guide the bending directions of the whisker-like sculpture transformation for tracing light.
Dandelion Mirror is an interactive product combines with real time generative algorithmic art and facial recognition technology, gathering user’s smile as nutrient, raising virtual dandelion growing. The project wants to rethink and encourage our living with pure smile and heath care by applying smart technology and media art.
Molar Stool uses stainless steel, concrete and patina to build a wisdom-tooth-like growing form. By using bridge structure and construction of steel strings and concrete, the artist creates the arc and volume of Molar Stool, therefore presents a curve constructed by different bio-forces of growing bottom-up from the root.
