At Gabicce (The Marches), a new summer and winter residential centre, on a mountain spur above the sea. The thirty dwellings are grouped in two long buildings, articulated in volumes and levels, around a green "piazza". At a lower level, a restaurant, two swimming pools, utilities, an underground car park, the caretaker's lodge.
At sea level on the beach, huts and a pier for boats. The sea can be reached directly from the level of the swimming pool, by a lift piercing the mountain, and then by a tunnel out onto de beach.
