"Il Tempo della Festa (Holiday time) is when the longawaited morning has finally arrived and mothers prepare a special meal with the know-how reserved for special occasions (...) It is then that these miniature works of architecture, these little packages of delight, are brought to the table for our naive amazement," states Mario Trimarchi.
The collection will be presented in plastic — in smaller dimensions —, and in copper — in larger dimensions. Each set of molds is completed by a set of recipes, devised by chef Alberto Gozzi, with graphic design by Mario Trimarchi.
